Ray has been an integral part of FiMT becoming an organisation which delivers real and long-term change. The whole Executive Team and Board are grateful for Ray’s leadership and commitment over the past 8 years and wish him the best of luck for the future. Ray will continue to work with the Trust until next Summer.

FiMT is therefore now looking to recruit its next Chief Executive who will continue the work of the Trust and lead its mission to enable successful and sustainable transition for ex-Service personnel and their families.
