Forces in Mind Trust improves user experience with new website
Forces in Mind Trust officially unveils its new website today.
Forces in Mind Trust (FiMT) has officially unveiled its new website today (Wednesday 1st July 2020). The website, aimed at policy makers, Armed Forces charities, academics and researchers, has been updated and developed to include a range of new features to improve the user experience for all visitors.
The website, which was developed with design agency The Bureau, contains a wealth of research and information on the transition of ex-Service personnel and their families from the Armed Forces to civilian life and users can now filter reports by outcome area, making it easier to find research on a specific topic. Users can also stay up to date with the latest research and FiMT’s activities via the News and Policy area and the new project pages allow visitors to learn more about individual FiMT projects and the impact they are having. Grant applicants will now be able to submit directly online.
Ray Lock CBE, Chief Executive at Forces in Mind Trust, says: “The launch of our new website is part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that as many people as possible know about FiMT’s objectives, the programmes of work we fund and the changes we seek to bring about.
“The website was designed with the end user in mind and being able to sort through different projects in the Reports section will make a huge difference to those with an interest in specific research areas.”
