RAND Europe and King’s College London consortium appointed to run the Forces in Mind Trust Research Centre from 2022
An update from Forces in Mind Trust.
A consortium of RAND Europe and King’s College London has been formally appointed to manage the Forces in Mind Trust Research Centre from 2022-2027. This follows the announcement in September 2021 that they were appointed the preferred bidder by the Forces in Mind Trust Board of Directors following an open tender process.
The Forces in Mind Trust Research Centre and Veterans and Families Research Hub was established in 2017 hosted by the Veterans’ and Families Institute for Military Social Research at Anglia Ruskin University. The initial 5-year grant agreement will come to an end in September 2022. We are immensely grateful to the dedicated team at ARU for establishing the Research Centre and Hub and building it to what it is today, and we look forward to working with the new grant-holders to build on these foundations.
Until September 2022, the FiMT Research Centre remains at Anglia Ruskin University and will be available for the public and members to use and explore. We will announce further information about the next stage of the Research Centre in due course.
