The primary aim of the research is to examine the impact of the Covenant in reducing disadvantage for the Armed Forces Community and how the work of public sector organisations, under the Covenant, has achieved this. This research will also consider the impact of Covid-19 on the Armed Forces Community as well as the ability of public sector organisations to address any existing or new disadvantage and any changes to their role or remit.
