Forces in Mind Trust has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a research project in partnership with the Local Government Association that aims to improve the delivery of local covenant pledges.  The RFP can be found here and members are invited to circulate it widely to organisations they believe might wish to submit a proposal, by Monday 22nd February.  The project will be advised by a group including Cobseo and other military charity representatives.
