Women in the Armed Forces – Forces in Mind Trust’s submission to the Defence Select Commitee

Forces in Mind Trust have written to the Defence Committee on evidence on women in the Armed Forces.

The submission follows evidence on the same topic written in 2023 and covers the four following:

1. How much change has there been in the past two years, when it comes to improving the experiences of female Service personnel and/or female veterans?
2. What areas does FiMT hope to see more change?
3. What has helped or hindered change for female Service personnel and/or female veterans?
