Adrienne has expertise in public policy and governance, with a career spanning across the charity and funding sectors. As Head of Evidence at the National Lottery Community Fund she led the department that delivered a complex programme of evaluation and research for the UK’s largest charitable funder.

Previous to working at the National Lottery Community Fund she was Director of Research for the Arts Council England, where she developed and evaluated large-scale programmes of research and evaluation. Adrienne now works in strategy and impact consultancy, with a focus on organisational and leadership development.

Adrienne comes from a military family, with her father having served 27 years in the Armed Forces.
