On leaving the Army her career has spanned reputation risk, communications and governance. In her role as a Global Head of Reputation Risk Policy & Advisory Elizabeth has been responsible for building governance frameworks and producing policy that meets regulatory requirements. As a risk subject matter expert she advises on risk in the financial services sector.

At the Army Families Federation (AFF) she was Director of Communications, where she advised governmental and charity partners on the needs of military families as well as running campaigns for families of Serving personnel and communicating policy changes to families. Having experienced service life as a soldier, spouse and sister she is keen to continue to support the military community, particularly as they transition to civilian life.
