Isabel then went on to complete an MSc in Criminology, Criminal Justice and Social Research after which she joined Universities and Colleges Employers’ Association (UCEA) as a researcher. There Isabel was responsible for UCEA’s pay and workforce benchmarking service and for providing research and analysis on reward and employment issues in Higher Education.  Isabel has been working at FiMT since 2017, working closely with the Head of Policy, to evaluate and exploit the various projects funded by FiMT and track the impact of the Trust.

Isabel is a PRINCE2 Practitioner and volunteers at Circles UK, a charity working with ex-offenders.
