Jim completed a 33-year career in the Royal Navy. Starting his military career as an engineer, his latest roles have included Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff (Personnel Capability) & Defence Services Secretary and Head of Armed Forces Remuneration. Jim has also held non-executive positions as a Board Member of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, the Cabinet Office Honours and Decorations committee and as Chair of INVICTUS UK- TeamUK.
