He served as a Prosecutor at Courts-Martial and as a Legal Advisor in the UK and on operations in Kosovo and Iraq. After the Army he spent 7 years as a regulator with the Financial Services Authority, followed by senior compliance roles at financial services firms in the UK. He recently returned from 3 years as the CEO of EFG Private Bank in the Cayman Islands. He is a full Member of the Institute of Directors, holds their Certificate in Company Direction, and is a trained Executive Coach.
