After graduating with an MA from the University of St Andrews, Wilf moved to London and joined NHS Practitioner Health in 2021. There he worked to raise awareness of help available to healthcare staff across England and Scotland who struggle with mental health and addiction problems.

Wilf works within the Policy, Influence and Evaluation team to increase FiMT’s impact by developing and delivering the Trust’s influence and communications work with policy makers and service deliverers.
